Deportation Hearings

The United States Government is very aggressive in deporting individuals who have violated immigration law.  Removal proceedings can be commenced against someone who is not a U.S. Citizen.  An example of common scenarios that can lead to the commencement of removal proceedings are: commission of a crime, violating the terms of a visa or entering the United States illegally.

In many instances, Individuals in removal proceedings have the right to appear before an immigration judge to hear and defend their case.  If you or a loved one has received a notice to appear to immigration court or have been recently detained, contact our office for a consultation.
